1. Delivery Areas
We offer delivery to all cities across Morocco. We also offer international shipping to several countries.
2. Shipping Costs

Delivery within Morocco: Free
International shipping: Costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on destination and weight

3. Delivery Times

Within Morocco: 2 to 5 business days
International shipping: 7 to 15 business days (depending on the country)

These are estimated delivery times and may be delayed due to circumstances beyond our control, such as public holidays, customs procedures, or weather conditions.
4. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment confirmation
You will receive an email notification once your order has been shipped

5. Order Tracking
After your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email that allows you to follow the delivery status.
6. Failed Delivery
If you are not available at the time of delivery:

The shipping company will attempt delivery again
If delivery is unsuccessful, the package will be held at the nearest post office

7. Incorrect Addresses
The customer is responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from an incorrect address.
